CCX Create Coordinator
Javier Cedillo is the CCX Create Coordinator with over 11 years of experience in the organization. He has provided training, mentorship, and advanced video techniques to the producers of the Northwest suburbs. Javie is passionate about helping members share their stories about their communities and getting their voices heard around the northwest metro. Javie is always looking for new ways to help the community and the people within it.
Javie attended college for multimedia and video production. With the skills obtained, he has worked on multiple documentaries. His favorite video editing project was working on a behind the scenes short film with Lou Reed and his love of Tai Chi.
In his leisure time, Javie enjoys walking his dog Oliver every morning while listening to several podcasts before starting his day with a large cup of coffee. To maintain his creativity, Javie enjoys reading comics, drawing, watching movies, and learning new techniques to improve his video production skills.
