Cooper Football Season Preview:

The Cooper football team returns a good group from last year’s 7-3 team as they aim to return to the state playoffs for the first time since 2021. Gopher recruit Emmanuel Karmo, a linebacker and receiver, is one of the state’s top players. Tony Kollie is another top leader for the Hawks as a linebacker and running back. Big offensive tackle Jeremiah Hoskins and wide receivers/defensive backs Dalon Gurley and Sema'j Young are other key returners. Cooper returns seven starters on defense.
