After winning three straight class AAA championships, the Totino-Grace boys basketball team lost in the semifinals 73-65 to Alexandria Thursday afternoon.
Alexandria started strong to build an early lead before Totino-Grace battled back to take a 35-31 lead into halftime.
The game stayed tight down the stretch but the Cardinals came up with some key plays to secure the win.
Dothan Ijadimbola had 17 points, Chace Watley 16 and Malachi Hill 14 for Totino-Grace.
Chase Thompson had 33 points and Mason Witt 25 for Alexandria.
