Wayzata Softball Eliminates Armstrong
The Wayzata softball team eliminated Plymouth neighbor Armstrong from the Section 6AAAA tournament.
The Trojans won the loser’s bracket game 10-5.
Wayzata built a big lead, scoring six runs in the fifth inning to break it open.
The lead grew to 10-2 before Armstrong rallied late but Wayzata held on for the win.
