Wayzata Girls Basketball Eliminates Armstrong
The Wayzata girls basketball team eliminated Armstrong 67-42 in the Section 6AAAA semifinals.
The Trojans advanced to the section final for a third meeting with top-ranked Hopkins.
Jenna Johnson had 22 points to lead the Trojans.
Wayzata’s only two losses this season came against their section final opponent Hopkins.
The Trojans and Royals meet Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Lindbergh Center at Hopkins High School.
