Wayzata Boys Lacrosse Overwhelms Maple Grove
The Wayzata boys lacrosse team overwhelmed Maple Grove for a 16-6 win in the Section 8 semifinals.
The Trojans scored twice in the first two minutes before Maple Grove battled back to within 4-2.
The second quarter was key as Wayzata outscored the Crimson 5-0 to lead 9-2 at the half.
Wayzata now meets Elk River in the section final.
