Wayzata Boys Hockey Team Downs Elk River
The Wayzata boys hockey team downed Elk River 4-3 at the Tradition at the Park tournament.
The Trojans scored the first two goals of the game, but the Elks kept battling back to tie it.
Ben Luedtke broke a 3-3 deadlock to give Wayzata the lead for good in the third period.
Wayzata faces tournament host Benilde-St. Margaret’s Friday night.
