Wayzata Boys Hockey Set for Section Final

The Wayzata boys hockey team is set to play for a section title.  The Trojans meet Edina for the Section 6AA championship Wednesday at Mariucci Arena.
Wayzata, the third seed for the tournament, beat Blake 5-3 in the quarterfinals and then edged second seed Cretin-Derham Hall 3-2 in the semifinals.
Wayzata has eliminated Edina the past two seasons, winning in the semifinals in 2016 and in the championship game last season.
