Terry Tuma Ice Fishing Tip: Red Hooks

In this week’s CCX Sports Ice Fishing Tip Hall of Fame angler Terry Tuma talks about the use, and popularity, of red hooks during ice fishing season.

Terry says several factors weigh into how well they work including water clarity, snow cover, sunlight through the ice, and fishing pressure.

If red hooks aren’t working have another rod, or rods, pre-rigged with another color.
