Terry Tuma Ice Fishing Tip: Braided Line

In this week’s CCX ice fishing tip, Hall of fame angler Terry Tuma talks about the use of braided line for ice fishing.

Terry says braided line is extremely sensitive, has no stretch and is easier to get a solid hook set when using it.

The line’s thin diameter will also offer minimum drag resistance.

You can also use tie the line to a flourocarbon leader and use a number 12 or 14 black barrel swivel.
