Terry Tuma Fishing Tip: Trolling Crankbaits for Crappies

In this week’s CCX Fishing Tip, Hall of Fame angler Terry Tuma talks about trolling crankbaits when fishing for crappies.

Terry says to use this method when fishing along lake weed edges or near deeper structure or rock areas.

Troll under two miles per hour and use braided fishing line to maximize vibration, but be sure you are trolling fast enough so that your rod tip vibrates in the water column.
