Red Knights Power Past Cooper Baseball
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s baseball team powered past Cooper 10-4 Friday in the first game of a doubleheader.
The Red Knight also won game two.
Benilde scored three runs in the first inning and five more in the second to build a quick 8-0 lead.
Zach Carden was three-for-three with a triple and homerun for BSM.
Cooper scored two runs in the fourth and two in the fifth to cut into the deficit but that’s as close as they got.
