Osseo Legion Loses Thriller Versus Edina
The Osseo legion baseball team lost a thriller 6-5 in ten innings versus Edina Tuesday.
The game was in the third round of pool play at the Delano Stars and Stripes 4th of July tournament.
Each team was 2-0 coming into the game.
A three-run double by Jake Contreras gave helped Osseo to a 4-0 lead in the first inning.
Edina rallied to tie the game a couple of times and won it in the tenth.
Osseo did reach the tournament championship, losing to Wayzata.
