Osseo Boys Basketball Advances With Win Over Irondale

The season continues for the Osseo boys basketball team as they advanced to the Section 5AAAA semifinals with a 74-60 win over Irondale in the quarterfinal round.
The Orioles, the nunber three seed, were tied at halftime with the sixth seeded Knights, continuing a theme from other quarterfinal games in the section.
Osseo opened some breathing room in the second half on the way to the win.
Emmette Page scored 35 points for Osseo.
The Orioles now meet Champlin Park in the semifinals Tuesday.
