Mark Cook Wins 300th Game at Maple Grove
Maple Grove head girls basketball coach Mark Cook won his 300th career game Thursday as the Crimson defeated Totino-Grace 70-59. Kyle Overskei scored 24 points to lead the Crimson in scoring.
Cook is in his 17th season as Maple Grove’s head coach and has coached the Crimson in four state tournaments.
This year’s Maple Grove team is now 10-0 in Northwest Suburban Conference games and 13-4 overall.
The Crimson play three games next week, starting Monday at Armstrong.
