Maple Grove Girls Lacrosse Edges Armstrong
The Maple Grove girls lacrosse team got a challenge but edged Armstrong 16-13 Monday.
The Crimson controlled the early part of the game, taking a 7-1 lead. They were up 10-5 at the half.
Armstrong didn’t back down and battled back to within 10-7 before the Crimson scored the next three. Emily Herdine scored six goals to lead the Crimson.
Maple Grove is now 8-1 this season.
