Maple Grove Boys Lacrosse Beats Armstong
In a match-up of the top two Northwest Suburban Conference teams in 2023, the Maple Grove boys lacrosse team defeated Armstrong 13-9 Wednesday.
The Crimson finished unbeaten in the conference a year ago, one game ahead of the Falcons. Maple Grove led 5-1 after the first quarter and 13-5 after three to secure the win.
Landon Bakke scored four goals and Tyler Steinkopf three for the Crimson (2-0).
Jameson Essen netted three goals for the Falcons (2-1).
