Maple Grove Boys Hockey Eliminates CP
The Maple Grove boys hockey team eliminated Champlin Park with a 4-2 win in the Section 5AA semifinals.
Sophomore Kyle Kukkonen scored three times, all in the second period, as the Crimson pulled away.
Second seed Maple Grove now meets top seed Blaine in the section final Thursday at Aldrich Arena.
