Edina Boys Hockey Beats Wayzata
The Wayzata boys hockey team fell to top-ranked Edina 6-4 Thursday night.
The Trojans scored just 41 seconds into the game, only to see the Hornets score the next three.
Wayzata scored late in the second period, then tied the game 3-3 in the third.
Edina scored three times in a four minute span to put the game away.
Mason Nevers had three goals and Jett Jungels two for Edina.
Four different players scored for Wayzata.
