Cooper Girls Basketball Wins Conference
The Cooper girls basketball team beat Bloomington Kennedy 59-53 to secure a share of the Metro West Conference title.
The Hawks battled back after trailing by two at halftime, and overtook Kennedy down the stretch.
Cooper is the defending state class AAA champion and now ranked fifth in the state in their class.
