Cooper Girls Basketball Set for Section Final
The Cooper girls basketball team is set for the Section 6AAA final Thursday night.
If the Hawks win, they’ll be the first Cooper team to qualify for the state tournament in the sport.
Cooper is 25-2 and entered the playoffs ranked number one in class AAA.
They face fellow Metro West Conference team Benilde-St. Margaret’s in the final.
The Hawks beat the Red Knights twice during the season.
Cooper and BSM tip off at 7:00 Thursday night at Chanhassen High School.
