Clay Target Shooting is next big sport - CCX Media

Local shooters from the northwest metro enjoyed success at the state Clay Target tournament.

Champlin Park placed seventh in the team competition and Wayzata ninth.

Maple Grove was also in the team competition, placing 40th.

Wayzata’s Sam Winkels tied for 9th place in the individual competition.
