CCX Sports Year in Review: Resurgent Brooklyn Center Football

The 2020 high school football season was unlike any other due to COVID-19.

Brooklyn Center took advantage of the opportunity to play by having one of its best seasons in recent years.

Coming off a 2-7 season in 2019, the Centaurs improved to 5-1 in the late-starting season this fall.

They averaged 34 points per game and won the Twin City Gold Subdistrict title.

It wasn’t a traditional season, but the Centaurs hope to build on their success.
