CCX Sports Spotlight: Maille Mathis
In this week’s CCX Sports Spotlight story John Jacobson profiles Champlin Park soccer player Maille Mathis.
The senior leads the Rebels’ girls team in scoring with 10 goals in the team’s first six matches- all wins. Mathis scored 15 goals in 2019 when Champlin Park reached the state tournament for the first time in program history.
Mathis will attend school and play collegiate soccer at Minnesota State-Mankato. She plans to study something in the bio-medical field.
