Jason Melillo profiles the standout defender who is a junior at Park Center.
Eikos was chosen for USA Hockey’s U-18 national camp last summer.
She entered the weekend with 7 goals and 9 assists for the Stars.
Eikos has verbally committed to play hockey at the University of Vermont.
