Benilde-St. Margaret’s Sweeps Cooper in Volleyball
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s Volleyball team swept Cooper Wednesday night, beating the Hawks 25-17, 25-17 and 25-14.
Cooper led 9-6 in the first set before the Red Knights rallied to win the first set and led throughout most of the rest of the match.
Alexis Brixius led B-SM (3-1) in kills with 7 while Chelsea Fox added 6.
Cooper (0-3) looks for its first win of the season Saturday when they play at Bloomington Kennedy.
Benilde-St. Margaret’s has now won three straight matches and hosts Chanhassen Thursday.
