The Brooklyn Center Lions Club has organized the Earle Brown Days Parade for the last quarter century. Businesses and civic groups all take part.
“So the Lions took it over in 1987. And we've been supporting it monetarily, and yeah it’s our people that run the parade,” said Tom Shinnick, historian of the Brooklyn Center Lions Club.
