You’re Under Arrest! Jail and Bail Fundraiser Helps Crystal Police
There was a sudden spike in arrests in Crystal Wednesday. It was all in good fun as part of the annual Jail and Bail Fundraiser put on by Crystal police.
Money raised goes to the Crystal Police Department and the K-9 unit.
“Sometimes people will tell me that they want a family member picked up and it will be a surprise,” said Brooke Raeker from the Crystal Crime Prevention Board. “So the police come and try to make it a soft arrest. Sometimes it’s funny to get the reactions of people.”
