Woman Sentenced in Fatal Plymouth Drunken Driving Accident
58-year-old LuAnn Johnson was sentenced to a year in the Hennepin County workhouse for hitting and killing a Plymouth woman in 2017. Then, she’ll be monitored and have to speak at Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) events.
Johnson hit and killed a Plymouth woman named Mary Singleton near County Road 101 and Eighth Avenue back in 2017. Investigators said Johnson swerved across both lanes of traffic, jumped a curb and hit the pedestrian. Offers said Johnson’s blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.
