Weekend Showcase: Robbin Gallery’s Tom Jungroth Exhibit
The Robbin Gallery presents “A Photographic Adventure of Thomas A. Jungroth” from now through February 29. Jungroth been taking pictures since he got his first camera at the age of 12 and always keeps a camera with him.
In high school, he took pictures of the wedding of a high school teacher. Then, he went to school to be a professional photographer.
“I always have a camera with me. Everybody knows that,” said Jungroth.
Behind every one of Tom’s images is a story.
Tom will tell you those stories too, if you let him.
“All of them have a story either built into the picture, or behind them. They’re my travels. My adventures. They contrast everything from wildlife, to landscapes, to people pictures of people that I’ve met along the way in different travels,” said Jungroth.
Looking at Tom’s images your imagination may start making up its own stories.
Either way, a stop in Robbin Gallery will be a snapshot into the life of Tom Jungroth
“It’s been my passion,” said Jungroth.
The photo exhibition “Contrasts” by Tom Jungroth will be on display in the Robbin Gallery through February 29th.
