Weekend Showcase: Hopkins Center for the Arts’ Members Show
The Hopkins Center for the Arts’ shows off the best of their member’s work in their annual juried members show. The show occurs every fall, and visual arts manager Jim Clark says this year’s show is terrific.
“We had 175 entries this year, which is a great amount especially given the challenging times we are in. From those, 51 were chosen for display,” said Clark.
Instead of an opening reception and speeches from artists, you can listen to the artists’ thoughts online.
The range of work displayed is varied. You can see photographs, watercolors, mixed media, and a variety of works that range from whimsical to sublime.
The show is on display through Nov. 28 at the Hopkins Center for the Arts. To see gallery times, click here.
