Wayzata Schools Hiring for Custodians, Lunchroom Workers, Substitutes
Wayzata Schools is hiring for several jobs.
Wayzata Schools has hosted two job fairs this summer in an effort to fill open positions ranging from early childcare to nutrition services and custodians. The job market is challenging, but staff remain confident the open positions will be filled by the first day of school.
“Working in education is a great opportunity for individuals to take the skills and passion they have and align that with the service of our students and families and really find that purpose in their career,” said Dave Lutz, human resources at Wayzata Schools.
There’s also a need for short-call substitute teachers. The job does not require a four-year teaching degree, but it does require a bachelor’s degree and obtaining a short-call license.
