Wayzata High School Seniors Part of ‘Beatles vs. Stones’ at Plymouth Playhouse
Four Wayzata High School Seniors will perform at Plymouth Playhouse this Sunday in two performances called “Beatles vs. Stones.”
“I think it’s going to be alike a lot of energy with the crowd and the singing,” said Anna Luhman.
The quartet will be integrated into six songs during the performance by tribute bands Abbey Road and Satisfaction.
“I’ve never done a pop gig before,” said Alice Cho. “So I think it would be really fun to be a part of something that’s much more pop culture and rock concert with all the lights and sounds.”
The seniors are excited to hear some favorites on stage.
“I can remember being four years old in my Dad’s car and listening to Metallica and Led Zepplin,” said Liv Nelson. “I’ve always had a love for the 60s, the 70s, and the 80s.”
Wayzata senior Brad Gibson is also part of the quartet and looking forward to the show.
