Vandals Hit At Least 26 Plymouth Homes
Plymouth police have issued a crime alert after vandals targeted dozens of vehicles and other property. Authorities are investigating at least 26 cases.
The incidents occurred between last Wednesday and Thursday. Police say the perpetrators used a BB gun to shoot out windows of cars. The vandals also spray-painted houses, vehicles and a mailbox. The incidents occurred over a wide area east of Interstate Hwy. 494 ranging from the Minnesonka border to north of Rockford Road.
“It’s not real common to have that amount of vandalisms, but again, every once in a while we will get kids and other people who go through the area and do a rash of vandalism, but it’s not common to have this many all at once,” explained Sergeant Angela Haseman.
