Standout Student: OSH’s Stephanie Torres
Stephanie Torres is well-known in the hallways of Osseo Senior High School, where she is a senior.
“She is an awesome member of our Osseo High School,” says Dan Prody, Stephanie’s ceramics teacher. “She has been a tennis manager for us. She’s been a part of ceramics class all four years. Stephanie is constantly giving back to the Osseo community and those around her.”
Giving back is something Stephanie has grown up with. She says her brother and family have inspired her to do so.
“Growing up, I’ve pretty much just loved helping people out,” says Stephanie Torres. “That’s just how I am. As an Osseo student, I can say first-hand that teachers really care about you. I want to give back to them because they have helped me get to where I am today.”
Stephanie is known for being kind and teachers don’t hesitate to sing her accolades.
“I think Stephanie is just a prime example of a kind ,nice person who gives more than she takes in this world,” said Prody “I think that’s a quality, especially today, that I can really value and relate to. She is someone who makes the world a better place.”
