The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes Now Offers Personal Styling
A Twin Cities fashion stylist is offering personal styling to Maple Grove shoppers at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes.
Amy Seeman’s new space is at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes in Suite G3, next to Lane Byrant.
“When a customer doesn’t want to go to different stores with the pandemic, it’s a low contact way to shop,” explained Seeman. “I will do the shopping for them. I will bring it here from multiple stores.”
The goal is to help others build confidence and to leave clients feeling empowered to use the personal styling tools Seeman has given them.
“I think there’s this common misconception that only the rich and famous have access to stylists. Or stylists are just for runway shows,” said Seeman. “But there are everyday women who don’t like to shop, don’t know how to shop or don’t know how to dress for body type. I can really help.”
Clients will have to fill out a style profile online ahead of time. While there is a service cost, Seeman said there’s no pressure to buy any of the clothes she’s picked out.
Once events are allowed again, the fashion stylist hopes to reach more people by doing personal styling workshops.
“It does matter. When we feel better, we do better,” Seeman said.
