Robbinsdale’s Wuollet Bakery Has New Owner
New owner Eric Shogren plans to keep the Woullet Bakery in downtown Robbinsdale pretty much the same.
“We really want to bring the old days where we have a great neighborhood bakery here in Robbinsdale,” said Shogren. “The most important thing we do is make some of the prices more affordable for everyday people who just want a good doughnut, some good cookies, some good brownies or baked goods with their coffee.”
Shogren says seeing families come in with kids is what made him want to be in the business.
One change—he’ll begin opening up on Sundays.
