Robbinsdale’s 2040 Plan calls for Growth

The Robbinsdale City Council reviewed the comprehensive plan for 2040 and it calls for growth, particularly along the West Broadway and Highway 81 corridor. The population is expected to grow by about 2500 people with redevelopment trending toward high-density residential development. City Planner Rick Pearson says light rail transit will be a game changer.
