Robbinsdale Plaza Mural Revamp Planned
A prominent corner of downtown Robbinsdale is getting a makeover.
The former Canton Garden restaurant on West Broadway is undergoing a transformation. It will become the Birdhouse Restaurant.
The building needs an emergency exit and will get windows to provide natural lighting, which will impact the outside mural.
The restaurant owner is working to accommodate the changes.
If all goes according to plan, The Birdhouse will open this spring.
