Police Investigate Armstrong High School Security Breach
Plymouth Police took a 15-year-old male into custody Monday for having a firearm at Armstrong High School.
The teen was not an Armstrong student and the firearm was not operable. Police are investigating exactly what happened.
The Armstrong High School principal sent a letter to parents telling them about the incident. The letter said that students reported a non-Armstrong student in the building and that the incident is being fully investigated by the Plymouth Police Department.
Plymouth police did confirm they were called to Armstrong High School at 12:15 p.m. on Monday.
The school district would not comment on the incident further, citing the ongoing investigation.
