Plymouth Woman Celebrates 100th Birthday: ‘I Tried To Live a Good Life’
A Plymouth woman recently reached a milestone worth celebrating.
Pat Huber turned 100 years old on Nov. 3.
She celebrated with cake and friends at The Waters of Plymouth senior living community.
Being born in 1925, she lived through historic events including the Great Depression and World War II.
But, unlike others who have lived a full century, she said she doesn’t have any secrets that explain her long life.
“I tried to live a good life, and I had a wonderful childhood which helped,” she said. “And all the rest of my life too as far as that goes.”
She said her favorite moment of the past 100 years was when she got married to her husband.
