Plymouth Tulip-Lovers Take in Arboretum Beauty
If the beautiful weather over Memorial Day weekend had you venturing beyond your backyard, you were not alone. Families flocked to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum to see the tulips and other blooming plants enjoying the glorious sunshine.
“You aren’t going to see much else around in the city that just has so many incredible varieties of tulips,” says Karen Edstrom from Plymouth. “They are just incredible.”
The Arboretum celebrates tulips every spring with more than 38,000 blooms, but there’s always much more to see.
“We come for all of the seasons,” said Jessica Brandt, who was visiting from Plymouth. “We like to come in the fall and we come now to see tulips and crab apple blooms.”
