Plymouth Thanks Veterans With Drive-Through Breakfast
The city of Plymouth said thank you to veterans with a drive-through breakfast on Tuesday morning. Vehicles drove through the city parking lot to the Veterans Memorial to pick up not only breakfast, but a small gift and letter of appreciation.
One veteran named Roger Rausch brought a framed photo from his time in the Army in 1955.
“I didn’t know if they were going to ask for a better ID. This was on the wall, so it only took a minute to get it in my hands,” said Rausch.
Veterans Day is Thursday, Nov. 11.
