Plans to Transform Old Dump into Arbor Lakes Corporate Center
The Maple Grove Planning Commission reviewed plans for the old Hilger Transfer Site to become a 200,000-plus square-foot building called the Arbor Lakes Corporate Center. The developer says there’s more than 30 feet of trash and old tires on the property. The city has received grants and will work with the developer to pay the more than $5 million it will take to clean up the site.
