Plans for Mental Health Facility in Plymouth on Hold

The Hennepin County Board studied plans to create secure psychiatric beds at the county’s adult correctional facility in Plymouth. The county considered converting an abandoned building at the site into a mental health facility. However it was determined the project was too expensive due to the building’s configuration.
