Park Nicollet Maple Grove Specialty Center Plans Expansion
A Maple Grove clinic plans to expands up, not out. The Park Nicollet Maple Grove Specialty Center wants to put on a 7800 sq. foot expansion to complete the third story of their building. The existing building was completed four years ago as part of an expansion to the nearby Park Nicollet Clinic.
The Maple Grove City Council will vote on the development plan on Monday night, April 15.
