Oxbow Creek Elementary Celebrates 25th Arts & Academic Expo
It was a special anniversary on Thursday evening at Oxbow Creek Elementary in Brooklyn Park.
The school put on its 25th anniversary Arts & Academic Expo.
During the event, students showcase their unique talents in academics, visual arts or live performances.
