Over Year in Review: Fast Food Frenzy over the Drive-Thru
Restaurants are staying afloat with their drive-thru and curbside pick-up options. We take a look back at how this staple helped restaurants in the northwest suburbs survive 2021.
The Taco Bell Defy is the first of its kind in the country. It will exist only as a drive-thru with no eat-in options. The new concept restaurant will be built in Brooklyn Park.
Also the first of its kind, a drive-thru Shake Shack in Maple Grove opened in December.
Raising Canes plans to open in 2022 in Brooklyn Park, and a Chick-fil-A opened in Brooklyn Park too.
