Osseo Chocolatier Makes Easter Sweet
The Painted Turtle in Osseo offers a variety of chocolate for the Easter holiday. Their chocolate has more cocoa and less sugar than chocolate purchased through popular manufacturers at big box stores.
The chocolatier creates all sizes of chocolate bunnies, from mini-bunnies to 5 pound bunnies.
“Most of the smaller ones are solid,” says Theresa Doran of the Painted Turtle. “We have two different types of molds they are made in. A lot of them you can fill from the bottom. Others you have fill both halves and then slap them together.”
