Newsmakers: Sen. Warren Limmer Talks Budget, Possibility of a Special Session
In this week’s Newsmakers segment, we spoke with Sen. Warren Limmer (R-Maple Grove) about the budget. He says the Senate is committed to hold the line on raising taxes, plus the possibility of a special session.
“There’s no need to go back to the taxpayers of Minnesota and further impose taxes on business owners,” said Limmer. “We need to keep that pressure of added expenses off our businesses and make sure we focus on getting them up and putting people to work.”
